LIAM BAILEY
MANAGING PARTNER
Liam is both a Registered Liquidator and Trustee in Bankruptcy. He has 14 years experience in both corporate and personal insolvency. He has worked on numerous trade on administrations and successful Deeds of Company Arrangement. He also has extensive experience in the areas of hospitality, retail, property and manufacturing.
CHRISTOPHER PALMER
PARTNER
Chris is a Registered Liquidator and a Trustee in Bankruptcy with over 40 years’ experience in both corporate and personal insolvency. Over the years, he has been exposed to almost every industry sector acting either formally as a insolvency practitioner or as a business consultant.
DANIEL FRISKEN
PARTNER
Daniel is a Registered Liquidator with 16 years of experience in corporate insolvency. He has a widespread of knowledge and experience in his profession focusing on formal appointments throughout his career, being voluntary administrations, liquidations as well as receiverships. Daniel has undertaken appointments in the industry sectors of construction, hospitality, retail, property and manufacturing.
AHMED SOWAID

Ahmed is a Registered Liquidator with close to two decades of experience in corporate insolvency. Throughout his professional career as an insolvency practitioner, Ahmed has provided corporate insolvency and turnaround advice to corporations of all sizes (ranges from SME market to larger corporations) and various industries – automotive, aviation, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, professional services and retail, to name a few. Having graduated with both a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) as well as a Bachelor of Laws, Ahmed has a firm understanding of the Australian Corporations Law and its application to insolvency, which gives him an edge in navigating distressed financial situations and achieving a positive outcome from a practical as well as a legal stand-point.
NICK WOLLINSKI
PARTNER
Nicholas is a Registered Liquidator and has more than 13 years of experience in the insolvency industry. Nicholas has been involved in a wide range of corporate insolvency engagements (i.e. Voluntary Administrations, Receiverships, Liquidations), over a variety of industries. He has successfully worked on many external administrations, including business turnaround. Nicholas is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
