Clement holds a Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) and is a Chartered Accountant with an Advanced Certification in Insolvency (ARITA). With more than a decade of corporate insolvency and restructuring experience, Clement has been involved in the successful restructuring or orderly wind down of businesses across a myriad of industries. In addition to the various formal insolvency appointments, Clement is also experienced in other non-formal engagements including business advisory, forensic review, restructuring review and assisting experts in preparing expert solvency reports. Clement is particularly well-versed in property-related engagements ranging from receiverships, mortgagee-in-possession appointments, to Section 66G appointments. O’Brien Palmer takes pride in Clement’s multilingual capabilities (including fluent spoken and written Mandarin) as he acts as a key liaison for the firm’s clientele of a diversified background and culture.

Craig has been with O’Brien Palmer for over nine years, and has over sixteen years’ experience in the insolvency industry. Craig has experience across a broad variety of both corporate and personal insolvency appointments, as well as litigation of insolvency matters, including being involved in the setting of numerous legal precedents. Craig is the Practice Manager of the firm, providing his experience and technical skills to complex matters undertaken by the firm, as well as day to day management of the firm.

Con joined O’Brien Palmer in October 2022 and has over 13 years of experience in the insolvency sector. His background within the finance industry has provided him with the ability to best assist his clients and understand their financial position. Con has gained experience on a wide variety of corporate insolvency engagements from an array of industries and has assisted in a number of corporate work outs and restructures. Con has developed these skills, which have been key to progress complex matters he is involved with, to develop and maintain a strong client network with existing clients and to build relationships with new clients.

Tim has gained exposure to various personal insolvency appointments, including bankruptcies, section 73 compositions and personal insolvency agreements. He actively works to achieve outcomes that benefit all stakeholders and focuses on working with individuals to assist them through all aspects of a personal insolvency appointment.
Since joining O’Brien Palmer in August 2023, Tim has gained experience in corporate insolvency and assisted on matters pertaining to court liquidations and deed of company arrangements. Tim graduated from Western Sydney University and holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (major in Accounting and sub major in Management).
